40100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 40100 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms contained herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review and you are encouraged to check this page from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 40100 platform, you confirm that you:
- Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with 40100.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting or gaming activities.
- Agree not to use this platform for any fraudulent purpose, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
40100 reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 40100 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 40100 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the 40100 support team immediately to have your account protected.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the 40100 system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, abuse promotions, or disrupt platform operations will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 40100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Boost, and online bank transfers.
- Successful deposits are processed in real time. 40100 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the user's 40100 account.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain circumstances.
- 40100 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for fraud investigation or additional verification purposes where necessary.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
- Fraud or attempted fraud against the platform or other users
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Multiple accounts held by a single individual
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses
- Breach of any provision in these terms
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
40100 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and 40100 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of its services.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40100 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 40100 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 40100.

The 40100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 40100 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party site before using them.
Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law applies to all disputes arising from the use of the 40100 platform.
